1.On the table
Every wedding is different, and every single table at the wedding will have different decorations. Below you will find a set of photos taken by one from the
best wedding photographers in Coventry – Mk Wedding Photography. You will find here very different styles which, I believe you will inspire you and helps to your own unusual decoration at your dreamed wedding day.
In my opinion, the details are the most important. The small thing my change a lot.
Personally, I would say that it was a masterpiece. Thoughtful details and colours on a wedding table. For MK Wedding Photographer just amazing. Below you will find a detailed photo of this specific table decoration.
In blue and pink. Simple decoration with a dominance of white with pink and blue details. For me as a wedding photographer, this combination is reasonable and nice.
simple idea, a jar with some water in it, some linen cord and some flowers, in this case, a rose. For MK Wedding photography it is a great idea, maybe rustical but at the moment I capture more than 5 out 10 weddings with rustic motifs. It became very popular in the Coventry area where I based. Of course, not only:) I was photographing a lot of weddings across West Midlands, Warwickshire and Worchestershire. In those areas rustic wedding are popular too.
Rustic wedding decorations at Ashton Lodge Country House photographed by Mk Wedding Photography. It was a late spring wedding in a beautiful wedding venue hidden in the heart of Warwickshire near Coventry. That’s why you can spot flowers which you can see walking in the park or other places out of town centre. Again simple idea. In here we have linen wrap around a jar with a print, it will require some more effort from you.
Wedding decorations at Ashton Lodge captured by MK Wedding Photography. Above you have seen a detailed image of the table. In here a little bit more to see. The wedding day took place at Ashton Lodge. The venue has a marquee with a light pink “ceiling” Good thing is that this colour cooperates well with other colours. On the MK Wedding Photography’s image, you can see a wider angle of rustic decorations. Linen fabric on the table and on little details, yellow and white flowers and yellow/white bows on chairs. All match each other. As I have mentioned earlier, details make a day.
Planning your wedding decorations? Think about the details. Use decorations around you, not only tables. Use space around. Walls, ceiling or even floor

Interior and exterior
A place where you will say “I do” and meet all your wedding guests.
That’s only my opinion based on facts from MK Wedding Photography’s life.
Since I have started my journey in wedding photography, I had a chance to photograph in over a hundred wedding venues across West Midlands, Warwickshire, Worchester area and much more. So, possibly I as a wedding photographer I can tell you a lot, and I am a good source of information. Especially, that I want to share them with you for free.
In this part of
MK Wedding photography’s blog, I want to show you, I’d like to inspire you of what kind of places were popular in 2019 for weddings, and what places, in my opinion, will be popular in the future. So, if you will scroll down and have a look at the images, you will spot that on most of the photos you will see brown colour. Wood and bricks colour. In 2018 and 2019 I photographed in that kind of environment very often. All kind of barns became very popular in the last couple of years.
Barns vs hotels
In the last couple of years, I usually worked at hotels, somewhere near Coventry or other cities around the
West Midlands and Warwickshire. Hotels like Coombe Abbey in Coventry, Brandon Hall in Coventry, Ansty Hall, Windmill Village Hotel… Now, I have moved more to wedding venues hidden somewhere in the countryside. That is all kind of barns. Converted from real barns to high standard wedding venues or build on a barn-style like The Mill Barns in Shropshire. To be honest. This is one of my favourite wedding venues.
Curradine Barns, Worchestershire
Nuthurst Grange in the evening by Mk Wedding Photography What is interesting. The hotel is only a part of the wedding venue and most of the time all guests spend in the barn
Abbey Hill Golf Centre – If you do not like the countryside always you can get married close to the town centre. Milton Keynes
Lord Leycester Hospital in Warwick. Located in the town centre of Warwick near Coventry. One from the oldest venues in the country. You do not have to go far away from your city to get some rustic style at your wedding venue.
Stanbrook Abbey Hotel, Worchestershire. This is a huge wedding venue near Malvern Hills. The venue offers different backgrounds for your wedding day. The wedding ceremony will take place in ex- chapel, then the wedding couple goes trough lavender gardens to the marquee. There are much more places available. Just wow. Check the venue.
